The Workshop, March 25 2009 in Darmstadt Germany, will consist of two parallel tracks. The Business Track will cover topics like Business Models for WSNs, Application Scenarios for WSNs, and Cooperating Objects and Standardization Needs and Bodies.

WSN approach

The Technology Track will discuss important issues like Programming Models and Tools, Operating Systems and Protocols for WSNs, and Deployment and Management of Collaborating Objects.
Furthermore Dr. Jorge Pereira, Principal Scientific Officer from the European Commission will give detailed information about the upcoming Call 5 and the next steps in Artemis.
